According to the standard procedures of the restaurant, efficiently and elegantly complete the full range of restaurant services including table setting, taking orders, serving dishes, wine service, in-meal service and checkout.
Be proficient in the menu content (dishes, beverages, specialties), and be able to introduce and recommend them clearly and professionally to guests, as well as answer related inquiries.
Ensure that food and beverages are accurately and promptly delivered to guests and meet the hotel's quality standards.
Offer personalized services and pay attention to the details of guests' needs (such as special dietary requirements, preferences for dining pace, etc.).
Maintain high standards of table tidiness and cleanliness in the service area.
Work Experience:
Possess working experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, bars or related service industries (usually requiring 1-3 years or more), familiar with the service process and standards of the catering industry. Those with experience in international brand hotels or high-end catering are preferred.
Educational background: High school or equivalent degree or above. Graduates majoring in hotel management, tourism management or related fields are preferred.
