Job responsibilities:
1. Market Strategy & Planning
Conduct market research and analysis for target European countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.), develop localized operational strategies to drive business growth.
Track industry trends, competitor dynamics, and consumer demands to optimize product selection, pricing strategies, and marketing plans.
2. Platform Operations & Optimization
Lead daily operations of e-commerce platforms (website and app), including product pricing, assortment adjustments, marketing campaigns, listing optimization, and data analysis.
Coordinate front-end to backend optimizations to ensure superior customer experience and operational efficiency.
3. Compliance & Risk Management
Maintain expertise in European e-commerce regulations (e.g., VAT, GDPR, product safety standards) to ensure compliance and protect brand reputation.
4. Team Collaboration & Resource Integration
Collaborate closely with operations, product, and supply chain teams to execute cross-functional projects.
Demonstrate passion for business growth, continuously identify new opportunities, and drive initiatives forward.
Qualifications
1. Experience & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or higher; 3+ years of experience in cross-border e-commerce operations, with deep understanding of European market rules and consumer behavior.
Proven track record (e.g., launching a market from scratch in Europe or achieving significant sales growth).
2. Language & Communication
Fluent in English (business proficiency required); proficiency in a second European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, etc.) is preferred.
Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills; ability to coordinate teams domestically and internationally.
3. Skills & Tools
Proficient in data analysis tools; capable of data-driven decision-making.
