On June 26th, according to the information from the Dongguan Public Resources Trading Center, the land parcel numbered 2025WG008 in Dongguan City, located in Hetai Community, Houjie Town. The land covers an area of 43,446.92 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 1.1. The land use type is retail commercial land. According to the land auction document, the investment for this land parcel will be no less than 510 million yuan, for the construction of an international warehouse-style membership supermarket.

The Huojie Sam's Club project is estimated to have a total investment of 511 million yuan. It plans to build a selected store area of over 20,000 square meters, with more than 1,000 parking spaces, and to create the first green building three-star standard benchmark store in Dongguan. The project is expected to start construction in the third quarter of this year and is aimed to open by the end of 2026.
