1. Responsible for teaching IELTS/TOEFL/multinational courses;
2. According to the bilingual English level and teaching concept, according to the overall curriculum system of TOEFL and IELTS students, specify teaching plans, research teaching ideas and methods;
3. Meet teaching standards and score raising requirements;
4. Responsible for classifying and stratifying students, conducting targeted surveys on the needs of students in different categories, determining the training needs of different objects, and ensuring the satisfaction of parents and students
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in English major in regular university, or non-English major but outstanding English ability
2. Solid basic skills, good at listening, speaking, reading and writing one or more of the four
3. Complete lecture notes and lecture plans
4. Familiar with IELTS/TOEFL test question ideas, question types and problem-solving methods
5. Be familiar with all the topics taught in the Cambridge IELTS, or all the topics taught in the TOEFL TPO
6. Strong language expression ability, strong adaptability, outstanding personal charm, full of influence and appeal
7. The class is very creative, has a wide range of knowledge, has a strong team spirit and plasticity
8. Ielts score of 7 or above, 8 or above is preferred; The total score of TOEFL test is more than 100, and the score of 28 is preferred
9. Overseas study experience and speak chinese is preferred
