(I)  Educational Background Have a major related to physics or chemistry 

(II) Teaching Experience 

     1. Have relevant teaching experience in physics and chemistry.Candidates with international education background or experience in English teaching are preferred. 

     2.Familiar with the international education system and teaching standards, capable of formulating personalized teaching plans according to the characteristics and needs of students. 

(III) Language Proficiency 

     1.English proficiency at a native or near-native level, able to proficiently use English for teaching, writing lesson plans, compiling teaching materials, and communicating with students. 

     2.Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. If bilingual teaching is required, Chinese proficiency should also be at a level that enables smooth teaching communication. 

(IV) Professional Skills 

     1.Solid professional knowledge in physics and chemistry, familiar with the cutting-edge development trends in physics and chemistry, and able to combine theoretical knowledge with practical applications to cultivate students' practical abilities and innovative thinking. 

     2.Proficient in the experimental skills of physics and chemistry, able to independently guide students in experimental operations, ensuring experimental safety and teaching effectiveness. 

(V) Personal Qualities 

     1.Passionate about education, with a high sense of dedication and responsibility, full of love and patience for students, able to pay attention to individual differences among students, and teach them according to their aptitudes. 

     2.Good communication and teamwork skills, able to maintain good communication and cooperation with colleagues, parents, and students.
