1.English proficiency at a native or near-native level, able to proficiently use English for teaching, writing lesson plans, compiling teaching materials, and communicating with students.
2.Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. If bilingual teaching is required, Chinese proficiency should also be at a level that enables smooth teaching communication.

2.Proficient in the experimental skills of physics and chemistry, able to independently guide students in experimental operations, ensuring experimental safety and teaching effectiveness.
