东莞品牌连续拿下两届奥运会订单
每一届奥运会都有自己独特的纪念品。在本次巴黎奥运周边纪念品商店和官网商城上,来自东莞的清新蓝绿色充气排球广受人们青睐。这是东莞市佳恒玩具有限公司(以下简称“佳恒玩具”)紧扣巴黎奥运会主题,结合吉祥物“弗里热”的特点创新设计制作的。
这家成立于1999年的专业儿童运动用品制造企业,目前拥有“哈哈球”和“恒佳”等知名品牌,产品长期出口日本、欧洲、美国、东南亚等国家和地区。近年来,企业产品多次登上大型赛事的舞台,包括2021年东京奥运会、2022年世界杯、第十四届全国运动会、2024年“超级杯”全国气排球联赛等赛事上都有它的身影。
佳恒玩具外贸业务负责人蒋莉君告诉记者,2023年年初,佳恒玩具接到法国客户的订单需求,当年7月该批订单确定为2024巴黎奥运会订单,随后短短7天内佳恒玩具按客户需求交付了样板,在11月底便出厂了第一批次的订单。本次充气排球的奥运订单一共是5万份,到2024年5月最后一批次的产品做完。
除了效率上展现了“东莞制造”的稳扎稳打,佳恒玩具为本次巴黎奥运会生产的4款充气排球,设计紧扣奥运会的主题个性化创新,图案更加丰富;材质上,则使用了现阶段欧盟提倡的绿色环保生物基材料,可以减少碳排放。
蒋莉君表示,近年来佳恒玩具在参与大型赛事的订单生产过程中,不断了解国际客户的需求,加大人力物力投入产品的升级创新,从材料、性能和制作工艺等方面提升产品的市场竞争力,目前企业已经拥有100多项专利。而在企业抢抓体育赛事订单的过程中,国家的政策给予了助力,政府部门的精细服务也让他们能够更专注生产
“比如税务部门在年初和重要申报期,都会主动联系我们,帮助我们解决涉税难题、做好税务申报,让我们及时充分享受税费政策优惠。”蒋莉君说,今年初在申报2023年度企业所得税报表时,公司财务人员不小心将部分数据单位填错了,税务人员在后台监测到数据异常,立刻通知并辅导企业正确申报,佳恒玩具才没有“错过”应享的税惠。据了解,近三年该企业享受小型微利企业所得税优惠政策减免税款约55万元。
接下来,佳恒玩具会继续发挥他们的技术创新优势,积极参与国际国内大型体育赛事活动,让“东莞品牌”的球类产品在全球更为人所知、所喜。

Dongguan Brand Wins Orders for Two Consecutive Olympic Games
Every Olympic Games features unique memorabilia. This year, the inflatable volleyball in fresh blue-green from Dongguan has become a favorite at the Paris Olympic memorabilia store and official online shop. This product, designed and produced by Dongguan Jia Heng Toys Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jia Heng Toys"), was inspired by the Paris Olympics theme and the mascot "Fridge" for innovative design.
Founded in 1999, Jia Heng Toys is a specialized manufacturer of children's sports equipment with well-known brands such as "Haha Ball" and "Hengjia." Its products are long-exported to countries and regions including Japan, Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia. In recent years, the company’s products have featured in major sporting events, including the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, the 2022 World Cup, the 14th National Games, and the 2024 "Super Cup" National Inflatable Volleyball League.
According to Jiang Lijun, the head of Jia Heng Toys' foreign trade department, the company received an order request from a French client in early 2023. By July of the same year, this order was confirmed for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Within just seven days, Jia Heng Toys delivered a sample according to the client's requirements, and by the end of November, the first batch of orders was shipped. The total order for the inflatable volleyball is 50,000 units, with production scheduled to complete by May 2024.
In addition to demonstrating the reliability of "Dongguan manufacturing" through efficiency, Jia Heng Toys’ four types of inflatable volleyballs for the Paris Olympics showcase personalized innovation with designs closely aligned with the Olympic theme and more elaborate patterns. The materials used are also in line with the European Union's advocacy for green and environmentally friendly bio-based materials, which help reduce carbon emissions.
Jiang Lijun noted that Jia Heng Toys has continually adapted to international clients’ needs by investing in product upgrades and innovations, improving market competitiveness in terms of materials, performance, and manufacturing processes. The company currently holds over 100 patents. Furthermore, the company has benefited from national policies and government support in seizing sports event orders, with tax authorities providing proactive services to help the company focus on production.
"For example, the tax authorities reach out to us at the beginning of the year and during important reporting periods to assist with tax issues and ensure we benefit from tax policy incentives," Jiang Lijun said. This year, when filing the 2023 corporate income tax return, the company's finance staff accidentally filled out some data incorrectly. The tax authorities detected the anomaly in the background, promptly notified the company, and guided them in correct reporting, ensuring they did not miss out on entitled tax benefits. Over the past three years, the company has enjoyed approximately 550,000 RMB in tax relief under the small-scale micro-profit corporate income tax preferential policy.
Looking ahead, Jia Heng Toys plans to continue leveraging its technological innovation advantages and actively participate in major international and domestic sports events, enhancing global recognition and preference for "Dongguan brand" ball products.

“莞产衣服”为奥运健儿加分助力
8月8日,中国花游队在花样游泳项目中勇夺集体技巧自选金牌,这也是中国花游队在奥运历史上的首金。靓丽的花游姑娘们,演绎了优美的“水中芭蕾”,将力量与美感完美结合,让线上线下的观众大为称赞。而比赛过程中花泳队使用的粉色浴袍也走进了人们的视线。
这一款浴袍是扎根东莞发展20多年的内衣品牌“都市丽人”专门为花游队定制的其中一款产品。2024年3月,都市丽人签约中国国家花样游泳队成为合作伙伴,针对花样游泳运动员的力量训练、水下训练、协调性训练等不同运动场景为运动员量身定制相关衣物,并推出了系列主题的产品走向市场。
据了解,都市丽人的品牌效应、产品特质、口碑是其成为国家花游队合作伙伴的重要因素。品牌所属公司广东都市丽人实业有限公司是大陆首家在港股上市的内衣企业,专注于开发生产内衣、家居服等贴身衣物,在全国拥有近5000家门店。
“贴身衣物的材料、制作技术都会影响使用感,我们需要不断钻研提升品质。”都市丽人董事长郑耀南告诉记者,公司有近三成的员工为研发技术人员,每年投入超3000万元用于研发设计,他会带领高管团队、品牌和研发人员到门店去了解一线的市场需求,通过面对面的沟通,了解消费者的真实体验和需求,再进行针对性的产品开发、工艺改进、投放适销对路的产品。今年,都市丽人研发的新内衣产品,经历了18次设计更新、5000名会员测试。目前,都市丽人已经累计获得527项国家专利。
除了衣物本身,都市丽人还在生产效能上下功夫,持续通过数字化改造来提升产品竞争力,包括了上游生产和供应链的数字化,一级下游零售终端的数字化。据介绍,都市丽人目前生产一件内衣只需25分钟。“做衣服,看起来是比较传统的产业,但我们也必须坚持走创新道路。国家这些年给予企业的支持政策也体现了对创新的鼓励,为我们公司近几年的产业布局提供了很大的助力。”郑耀南说,2022年至今,企业享受研发费加计扣除政策,按照相关适用的税率计算,相当于减免企业所得税约1200万元,减轻了企业的研发和数字化升级的成本。
Combining Technology and Detail: Dongguan-Made Clothing Boosts Olympic Athletes
On August 8, the Chinese synchronized swimming team won the gold medal in the team technical routine at the Olympics, marking the first gold medal in the sport's history for China. Urban Beauty's brand effect, product qualities, and reputation were key factors in becoming the partner of the national synchronized swimming team. The company, Guangdong Urban Beauty Industrial Co., Ltd., is the first mainland China lingerie enterprise listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It focuses on the development and production of lingerie, loungewear, and other intimate apparel, with nearly 5,000 stores nationwide.
“The materials and production techniques of intimate apparel affect the user experience, so we need to constantly refine and improve quality,” said Zheng Yaonan, Chairman of Urban Beauty. The company employs nearly 30% of its staff as R&D personnel and invests over 30 million RMB annually in research and design. Zheng leads the executive team, brand, and R&D staff to visit stores to understand frontline market demands. Through face-to-face communication, they gather real consumer experiences and needs to guide targeted product development, process improvements, and market-appropriate product launches. This year, Urban Beauty's new lingerie products underwent 18 design updates and were tested by 5,000 members. The company has accumulated 527 national patents to date.
In addition to the clothing itself, Urban Beauty has also focused on production efficiency, continuously improving product competitiveness through digital transformation. This includes digitizing upstream production and supply chains as well as downstream retail terminals. Currently, Urban Beauty takes only 25 minutes to produce a piece of lingerie. “The clothing industry might seem traditional, but we must continue to innovate. The support policies from the government in recent years have reflected encouragement for innovation and have greatly aided our company's industry layout in recent years,” Zheng Yaonan said. Since 2022, the company has benefited from research and development tax incentives, which have reduced corporate income tax by approximately 12 million RMB, alleviating costs related to R&D and digital upgrades.

“莞产优品”以赛为机出海赢订单
7月24日,巴黎奥运会“中国之家”在法国巴黎所罗门罗斯柴尔德公馆开门迎宾。来自东莞市三基音响科技有限公司(下称“三基音响”)的MB3便携式移动扩声系统为“中国之家”提供了音频支持。
三基音响成立于1988年,是一家专业音响系统解决方案供应商,主要生产数字音箱(扬声器)、功率放大器、音频处理器等,年产值约3 亿元。三基音响与奥运会的结缘始于2008年北京奥运会。在那次重要的国际体育盛事中,企业为多个重要场馆提供了专业的音响解决方案。随后,三基音响不断参与到国际赛事中,包括2023年杭州亚运会、2024年巴哈马世界田径接力赛等,企业的海外市场也随之不断拓展。目前,三基音响的产品远销至全球130多个国家和地区。
与三基音响相似,东莞泰合复合材料有限公司(以下简称“东莞泰合”)的自行车架等产品也因在奥运会、环法自行车赛等多个国际大赛上“亮相”,赢得了更多的海外订单。
东莞泰合成立于2003年,是一家研发和生产碳纤维自行车车架、前叉、轮圈及配件的企业,是多个知名自行车品牌的车架供应商。2016年里约奥运会男子、女子山地自行车赛冠军,以及2020年东京奥运会女子公路自行车赛冠军所用的自行车车架均由东莞泰合制造。
“闯进”国际型赛事、打开海外市场,必须要有符合客户需求的产品。“在‘中国之家’亮相MB3音箱,具备自带电源、无线连接的特点,能在确保灵活机动适配各个场景之外。”三基音响负责人闻克俭介绍道,近年该企业不断提升技术,让产品更耐用、音质更好,同时不断推出适应市场需求的新产品,如剧院专业系统、专业便携户外系列等。而东莞泰合则与多家高校组建了专业的研发团队,搭建专业的复合材料生产线,不断优化提升产品设计、材料运用、制作工艺。
“为维持业界领先态势、把握住海外市场,公司每年投入的研发费用已达营收的5%以上,但新材料产品研发具有投入大、回报周期长的特点,对公司现金流要求较高。”东莞泰合财务负责人陈羣桦坦言。
三基音响负责人闻克俭也表示,企业在研发工作上的投入连年增加,2022年以来投入研发的费用已经超过了千万元,同时他们也特别注重资金的运用,保障海外的订单高效高质完成。
而当记者问及较为关注的外贸政策时,两家企业不约而同地提及出口退税政策。据统计,2023年以来,三基音响办理了出口退税543万元,东莞泰合办理了出口退税约1400万元,高效回到“账上”的出口退税能帮助企业盘活资金流、更好地把握和完成海外订单。“现在办理出口退税都是‘无纸化’申报,单证备案也可以电子化,不用跑办税大厅,线上就可以办理好,我们公司的退税款两天左右就能到账,让我们可以更好地调动资金。”陈羣桦说,今年除了奥运会的车架产品之外,他们公司也源源不断接到海外订单,工厂所有生产线已开足马力生产,而办理便捷且高效到账的出口退税让他们更有信心、更有底气去拼海外订单。
Seeking "Quality" through "Innovation": Dongguan's Premium Products Win Orders on the Global Stage
On July 24, the “China House” at the Paris Olympics opened its doors at the Solomon Rothschild Mansion in Paris. Dongguan Sanji Audio Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sanji Audio”) provided audio support with its MB3 portable mobile sound system.
Founded in 1988, Sanji Audio is a professional audio system solutions provider specializing in digital speakers, power amplifiers, and audio processors, with an annual output value of approximately 300 million RMB. Sanji Audio’s association with the Olympics began at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, where it provided professional audio solutions for several key venues. Since then, the company has continued to participate in international events, including the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games and the 2024 Bahamas World Athletics Relay, expanding its overseas market. Sanji Audio's products are now exported to over 130 countries and regions worldwide.
Similarly, Dongguan Taihe Composite Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dongguan Taihe”) has garnered more overseas orders through its bicycle frames and other products showcased at international competitions such as the Olympics and the Tour de France.
Established in 2003, Dongguan Taihe specializes in the research and production of carbon fiber bicycle frames, forks, rims, and accessories. The bicycle frames used by the gold medalists in the men’s and women’s mountain bike races at the 2016 Rio Olympics, as well as the women’s road cycling race at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, were manufactured by Dongguan Taihe.
To break into international events and open overseas markets, it is essential to offer products that meet customer needs. “The MB3 speaker showcased at ‘China House’ features self-powered and wireless connectivity, ensuring flexibility and adaptability for various scenarios,” said Wen Kejian, head of Sanji Audio. In recent years, the company has continually improved technology to enhance product durability and sound quality while introducing new products such as professional theater systems and portable outdoor series to meet market demands. Dongguan Taihe, on the other hand, has formed specialized R&D teams with several universities and established a professional composite materials production line to continuously optimize product design, material usage, and manufacturing processes.
“Maintaining an industry-leading position and capturing overseas markets requires substantial investment in R&D, which now accounts for over 5% of our revenue. However, the development of new materials involves high investment and long return periods, placing significant demands on cash flow,” said Chen Qunhua, the financial head of Dongguan Taihe.
Wen Kejian from Sanji Audio also noted that the company’s R&D investment has consistently increased, with expenditures exceeding 10 million RMB since 2022. They also focus on efficient fund management to ensure high-quality completion of overseas orders.
When asked about foreign trade policies, both companies mentioned the export tax rebate policy. Statistics show that since 2023, Sanji Audio has received an export tax rebate of 5.43 million RMB, while Dongguan Taihe has received about 14 million RMB. Efficiently processed export tax rebates help companies optimize cash flow and better manage and fulfill overseas orders. “The export tax rebate process is now ‘paperless,’ and document filing can also be done electronically. There’s no need to visit tax offices in person; we can handle it online, and our rebate funds are usually credited within two days, allowing us to better mobilize funds,” Chen Qunhua said. This year, in addition to Olympic frames, Dongguan Taihe has continuously received overseas orders, and all production lines are operating at full capacity. The convenient and efficient export tax rebate has boosted their confidence and capability in securing international orders.
