2023年是第36个“世界艾滋病日”，为贯彻落实党的二十大精神，推动艾滋病防治工作高质量开展，营造全民广泛参与艾滋病防治工作的良好氛围，国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室确定并发布我国今年宣传主题为“凝聚社会力量，合力共抗艾滋”。该主题旨在强调艾滋病是一个复杂的社会问题，全社会要共同参与，动员社会各方力量凝心聚力，目标一致，共同抗击艾滋病，维护人民群众身体健康和生命安全。
In 2023, marking the 36th "World AIDS Day," and in order to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promote the high-quality advancement of HIV/AIDS prevention and control efforts, and create a favorable atmosphere for broad public participation in HIV/AIDS prevention and control, the Office of the State Council AIDS Working Committee has determined and released the national publicity theme for this year as "Converging Social Forces, Joining Hands to Fight AIDS." This theme aims to emphasize that AIDS is a complex social issue, and the entire society should collectively engage in mobilizing all sectors of society to unite and focus on the common goal of combating AIDS, safeguarding the physical health and life safety of the people.
