2.3+ years of IBPYP homeroom experiences
3.Co-teaching experience as main subject teacher
4. Have a passion for teaching, lifelong learner, positive working attitude and excellent communication skills, able to work well with the team.
Working Relationships: Work collaboratively with; the Head of School, Leadership Team, administration and support staff, teaching teams, IB Coordinators, Students.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday
Compensation and Benefits:
1.Monthly salary ranges from RMB 25,000 - 35,000 before tax

Description of the Role
The teacher has the responsibility for delivering a high-quality teaching and learning programme, providing a safe, caring and supportive learning environment and for modelling the BRES mission in their work.
While teachers have primary responsibility for the children in their classes, they are also responsible for the care and safety of all students in the School.
Teachers who work for BRES are responsible for delivering a differentiated, inquiry-based learning programme and where students can demonstrate the values and principles of the IB Learner Profile. Teachers will recognize and value our host nation’s rich linguistic and cultural history and support the ethos of their school through their work. Teachers are expected to contribute to extra-curricular, community and service activities.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PROGRAMME PLANNING
Teachers plan using curriculum, resources, and learning evidence to meet student needs.
Collaborate with teams and use templates, considering Chinese integration and student language strengths.
Use assessments to guide planning and differentiate instruction.
Participate in curriculum implementation and review.
PROGRAMME DELIVERY
Engage students using various strategies to meet individual needs.
Facilitate learning in different settings, using resources and technology.
Communicate clearly, provide feedback, and encourage meaningful action.
THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
Establish a respectful, safe, student-centered learning environment.
Promote IB Learner Profile, maximize learning time, and respect diversity.
Use local and national resources to enrich learning.
ASSESSMENT FOR LEARNING
Gather, analyze, and use learning evidence to measure progress, guide teaching, and provide feedback.
Align assessments with outcomes and school policy, communicate with parents, and use the student information system.
PROFESSIONALISM
Commit to ethics and international mindedness, support school policies, and represent school values.
Collaborate and communicate effectively, participate in professional learning, and prepare for IB authorizations and evaluations.
