On the morning of December 25, the construction of Dongguan's first Sam's Club reached a significant milestone with the successful completion of its topping-off ceremony. With the main structure now in place, the highly-anticipated Sam's Club project is on track for its grand unveiling, expected to be fully completed by July of the coming year.

Currently, internal activities within the project involve secondary structure masonry, along with the installation of fire safety systems and electrical and plumbing works.As a major project in the city, the Dongguan Sam's Club is a key initiative for achieving high-quality development in the Liaobu Town. With a total investment of approximately 486 million RMB, the facility spans over 23,000 square meters and comprises three floors. The first two floors are dedicated to shopping, while the third floor, rooftop, and basement serve as parking facilities. The project boasts a planned total of 1,097 parking spaces, available 24/7, promising to deliver a wonderful shopping experience for Dongguan residents.
目前，项目内部的工作涉及到二次结构砌筑，以及消防系统、电气和管道工程的安装。作为城市的重大项目，东莞沃尔玛会员店是辽步镇实现高质量发展的关键举措。该设施总投资约4.86亿元人民币，占地面积超过2.3万平方米，共有三层楼。前两层专为购物服务，而第三层、屋顶和地下室则作为停车设施。该项目计划提供1,097个停车位，全天候开放，承诺为东莞居民提供精彩的购物体验。
