Recently, 6 species of migratory birds were discovered in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, according to Urban Planning and Construction Bureau of Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Henqing.
据衡琴粤澳深度合作区城市规划建设局介绍，近日，在横琴粤澳深度合作区发现了6种候鸟。
The six species are: Fairy pitta, Eurasian woodcock, Crested honey buzzard, Siberian blue robin, Radde's warbler and Black-naped monarch.
这6个物种分别是:仙女皮塔鸟、欧亚森林公鸡、冠顶蜂蜜秃鹰、西伯利亚蓝知更鸟、雷德莺和黑枕木君主。
In addition, 13 national class Ⅱ protected species were also observed, namely Eurasian spoonbill, Pacific reef heron, Black-winged kite, Crested honey buzzard, Crested goshawk, Eastern marsh harrier, Black kite, Common buzzard, Greater coucal, White -throated kingfisher, Common kestrel, Eurasian hobby, Fairy pitta.
此外，还观察到13个国家一级保护物种Ⅱ，分别是欧亚琵鹭、太平洋礁鹭、黑翅鸢、冠蜜秃鹰、冠苍鹰、东方沼泽鹞、黑鸢、秃鹰、大蚕蛹、白喉翠鸟、红隼、欧亚隼、仙女皮塔。
More than 200 species of wild birds have been recorded, since the establishment of the Cooperation Zone.
Hengqin is located on the East Asian–Australasian Flyway, and a large number of migratory birds fly through here every year. There are mangroves, tidal flats, reed fields and evergreen broad-leaved forests in the area, providing a good habitat and foraging environment for birds. By mid-to-late November, more migratory birds will come to Hengqin for habitation and will return to the north in March of the following year.
自合作区建立以来，已发现野生鸟类200多种。
横琴位于东亚-澳大拉西亚航线上，每年都有大量候鸟飞过这里。区内有红树林、滩涂、芦苇田和常绿阔叶林，为鸟类提供了良好的栖息和觅食环境。到11月中下旬，更多候鸟将到横琴定居，并于次年3月返回北方。
