1. Responsible for quality control in following aspects: - Create and amend product specification and inspection standard. - Advise and arrange testing to valid sample according to standard and customers' needs. - Arrange pilot run to evaluate control plan and factory's ability for stable quality. output, and provide advice and follow up on improvement. - Handle complaints and follow up the corrective and preventive action. - Provide audit to new suppliers and evaluate its ability for specific projects. Help factory pass the customer audit. 2. Responsible for material follow-up in early production, interim production follow-up, final shipment inspection. 3. Responsible for production arrangement, production schedule tracking, ensure the production are orderly conducted. 4. Assist in color management, find out and improve printing quality timely, cooperate with relevant departments to urge factory to make continuous improvement to printing quality. 5. Be responsible for recording the inspection data and results according to the inspection process and standard, and report the problems to superiors when needed. 6. Help with sourcing work. 7. Other related work assigned by the company. 8. Work Location: Taiwan
1. 3-5 years working experience in quality control and inspection of packaging and printing products, be familiar with paper packaging such as corrugated box, color box and rigid box. 2. Be hardworking, earnest and energetic, good sense of team work. 3. Work carefully, good sense of responsibility, communication and coordination skills. 4. Be able to take business trip as company requirements. 5. Speaking and writing English is necessary, can speak Mandarin will be a plus.
