1.Responsible for teaching IELTS, TOEFL, multi-collar countries and other courses.
2 according to the bilingual English level and teaching philosophy, according to the students TOEFL IELTS overall course system, specify the teaching plan, research teaching ideas and methods

4.Responsible for classifying and stratifying students, doing targeted demand surveys for different categories and levels of students, determining the training needs of different targets, and ensuring parental and student satisfaction
1.负责雅思、托福、多领国等课程讲授工作;
2按双语的英文水平及教学理念，根据学员托福雅思的整体课程体系，指定教学计划，研究教学思路及方法
3达到教学标准和提分要求
4.负责对学生进行分类分层划分，针对不同类别层次学生做针对性需求调查，确定不同对象培训需求，确保家长和学生满意度
Job requirements/任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, preferably from a prestigious overseas university, English major preferred.
2.1-3 years' teaching experience in TOEFL/IELTS reading/listening/speaking/writing, with an independent teaching system, fluent in spoken/pronunciation and solid language skills
3.Strong communication, team management, organizational and leadership skills, able to work with the whole team
4. Love education, have a sense of responsibility and strong affinity
1.本科及以上学历，海外名校毕业者优先，英语专业优先;
2.1-3年左右托福雅思阅读/听力/口语/写作授课经验，有独立的教学体系，口语/普通话流利，语言功底扎实
3.具有较强的沟通能力、团队管理能力、组织能力和领导能力，能够协同整个团队的工作配合
